Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management or related field.
• 3+ years of related estimating experience in mechanical, electrical, or LV systems.
• Ability to interpret plans, specs and contract documents for cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates for Electrical, Technology, and LV systems from concept to construction documents.
• Coordinate pricing with vendors and trade partners and manage bidder lists.
• Analyze site conditions and contract documents to determine scope.
• Support preconstruction through value analysis and life cycle assessments.
• Lead or supervise junior estimators and interns.
