Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation in the United States is seeking a Millwright Coordinator to manage the development, implementation, and tracking of CWPs and IWPs for basic projects. You will assist the Discipline Superintendent to resolve material delivery issues and generate takeoffs and bills of materials.

You will work closely with field teams on planning sessions, ensure buy‑in from craft personnel, and maintain daily logs while supporting safety and quality programs across power, water, grid,

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; 4 year degree preferred.
Typically 2+ years construction or construction management and/or design experience in similar facility construction.
Preferred Skills: Working knowledge of cost control, scheduling, engineering drawings; advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

Plan, issue, and track CWPs and IWPs for basic projects.
Assist Discipline Superintendent in identifying and resolving material delivery issues.
Generate material takeoff and bill of materials for CWPs and IWPs.
Review Look-Ahead Schedules for assigned work scope.
Maintain a daily log for site records and support QA inspections.
