Qualifications

• 3+ years of Lead Front Desk or Lead Security experience.
• Desire to provide a warm welcome to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self‑assured and able to multitask with good time‑management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and direct tenants, guests, and vendors upon entry.
• Develop relationships with tenants to provide personalized experiences.
• Schedule reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide direction and referrals to local attractions and services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
