Job summary

Planned Companies’ Concierge team is seeking Front Desk Associates and Doormen for night shifts to greet tenants, guests and vendors and provide friendly, proactive service.

You will coordinate reservations, guide guests to local attractions and events, and help manage mail, deliveries, and access control in a lobby environment. This role emphasizes warm hospitality, reliability, and the ability to multitask during late-evening hours.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Security or Front Desk Experience Required.
• Greeting tenants, guests and vendors and providing first-line direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.
• Polite, friendly, self-assured and able to multitask with good time-management.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs when needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences including scheduling reservations at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide direction, referrals and access to local entertainment, dining, retail shopping, and car services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
• Answer telephones, monitor lobby and manage keys/access cards.
