Job summary

Planned Companies is hiring Front Desk Associates and Doormen to ensure tenants, guests and vendors experience a welcoming environment and a safe, well-kept building.

This role involves greeting entrants, assisting with reservations and local referrals, coordinating events, handling mail and deliveries, and monitoring the lobby during the 3pm–11pm shift in Boston. The position pays $19.75 per hour, is full-time, with medical, dental, vision and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Front Desk or Security Lead Experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences.
• Scheduling reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Planning and organizing on-site events.
• Provide direction, referrals and access to local entertainment and services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services.
• Answer telephones and monitor lobby; manage keys and access cards.
