Job summary

Planned Companies is seeking Front Desk Associates and Doormen to welcome tenants, guests and vendors, ensuring a safe, presentable environment and superior service. Open availability is required, with a pay rate of $22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, coordinating reservations, organizing events, providing local referrals, and managing mail, deliveries and access control. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Desire and passion to provide a warm and welcoming hello to everyone.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of local attractions and establishments.

Responsibilities

• Greet, announce, and provide direction to tenants, guests, and vendors upon entering the building.
• Develop and maintain relationships with tenants to provide individualized experiences including scheduling reservations and appointments at restaurants, hotels, and entertainment venues.
• Plan and organize on-site events.
• Provide direction, referrals and access to local entertainment, dining, shopping, sports, attractions and car services.
• Document, secure and track mail, deliveries, and vendor services at designated areas.
• Answer telephones, monitor lobby and manage keys & access cards.
