Job summary

Tennessee Board of Regents is seeking a Computer Technician Coordinator to supervise a team of computer technicians and coordinate complex maintenance across six extended campuses. You will oversee troubleshooting, installation, and preventive maintenance of computers, peripherals, and AV systems in classrooms and instructional spaces.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, project planning, asset management, quotes and purchasing, and ensuring accurate documentation in the service desk

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Four years' experience in repair, maintenance, troubleshooting and installation of computer hardware and software.
• Experience in a customer service-oriented environment preferred.
• Experience with media and AV services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign work to computer technicians across multiple campuses.
• Coordinate complex installation projects and plan preventative maintenance.
• Assist service desk with field troubleshooting and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain asset management and inventory for computer equipment.
