Job summary

• Experience with AV/IT systems and customer support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level tech support for faculty, staff, students and guests.
• Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair AV systems and digital signage.
• Respond to user requests for technology assistance and training.
• Support campus events with technology services and check out equipment.
• Install software and respond to tickets; assist with other departmental services.
