Job summary

Motlow is seeking a Computer Technician Coordinator to supervise a team of computer technicians and coordinate complex maintenance across the College’s six extended campuses. You will oversee troubleshooting, repairs, installations and testing of hardware, software, and networks in classrooms and instructional spaces.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Four (4) years’ experience in repair, maintenance, troubleshooting and installation of computer hardware and software.
• Experience in a customer service-oriented environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and review work of computer technicians across six extended campuses.
• Coordinate complex installation projects and preventative maintenance programs.
• Assist service desk with field troubleshooting and support campus partners.
• Maintain asset management system for computer equipment and peripherals.
• Obtain quotes and orders for hardware/software and document projects in the service desk system.
• Lead problem-solving efforts with internal offices and external vendors.
