Job summary

Hims & Hers in the United States is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to supervise all compounding activities in the compounding laboratory, ensure quality checks, and maintain patient safety.

The role reports to the Head Compounding Pharmacist and Pharmacist-In-Charge and requires a Doctorate or Bachelor’s in Pharmacy with an Arizona license and 5+ years of pharmacist experience (3+ in compounding). Shift hours are 6:30am-5:00pm with full benefits.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in Arizona and Pharmacy degree required.
• Active license to practice in Arizona.
• At least 5+ years of pharmacist experience; 3+ years in compounding.
• Experience in non-sterile compounding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise compounding personnel and ensure quality checks.
• Document compounding procedures and verify records.
• Train and evaluate staff; ensure compliance with USP and FDA guidelines.
• Coordinate with PIC on regulatory matters and safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean, safe lab following PPE requirements and HIPAA considerations.
