Job summary

JobRx, Inc. is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist in Gilbert, Arizona to supervise all compounding activities in the laboratory. This role entails performing various checks throughout the compounding process while ensuring compliance with federal and state pharmacy regulations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of pharmacist experience, at least 3 in a compounding pharmacy.
• Non‑sterile compounding experience required.
• Proficiency in English, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all compounding personnel including pharmacy technicians.
• Perform compounding procedures and quality control checks.
• Assist in training and evaluation of compounding personnel.
• Follow all safety and regulatory guidelines in compounding.

Skills

Effective knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws

Strong math skills

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

Communication skills (verbal and written)

Education

Bachelor's degree or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy

Active Pharmacist License in Arizona
