Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to supervise the compounding laboratory, ensuring high-quality medications and strict adherence to USP and FDA guidelines. You will lead technicians, document procedures, and manage quality checks while coordinating with the PIC on regulatory matters.

The role requires an Arizona pharmacist license, a Doctorate or Bachelors in Pharmacy, and strong knowledge of state/federal laws.

Qualifications

• Pharmacist license in Arizona.
• Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Pharmacy.
• Knowledge of state and federal laws.
• Non-sterile compounding experience.
• Strong math skills.
• Able to pass respirator fit testing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise compounding personnel.
• Document compounding procedures and QC checks.
• Verify records and beyond-use dates.
• Train compounding staff.
• Coordinate equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Follow USP <800> and safety guidelines.
• Prepare drug consultations and patient care.
• Coordinate with the PIC on compliance.
• Assist CQI initiatives.
• Maintain a clean lab and PPE compliance.
