Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to supervise the compounding laboratory, ensure quality and compliance with USP standards, and support patient care. You will lead technicians, document procedures, verify records, and participate in continuous quality improvement while maintaining safety and regulatory adherence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy.
• Active Pharmacist License in Arizona.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all compounding personnel and ensure quality.
• Perform documentation of compounding procedures and quality checks.
• Verify records, dates, and finished products.
• Train and evaluate compounding staff and coordinate equipment calibration.
• Maintain compliance with USP <795>, <800>, and related guidelines.
• Provide patient counseling and pharmacist duties as needed.
