Job summary

Hims & Hers in Arizona is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist to supervise the compounding lab, ensure accuracy, and oversee technicians, while upholding USP guidelines and safety protocols.

This role reports to the Head Compounding Pharmacist and Pharmacist‑in‑Charge, and requires an active Arizona license, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to work a 6:30am–5:00pm shift. Relocation assistance is available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Pharmacy and active Arizona license.
• Strong knowledge of USP <795>/<800> and state/federal pharmacy laws.
• Experience with non-sterile compounding and fast-paced labs.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise all compounding personnel and technicians.
• Document compounding procedures and QA/QC checks.
• Verify records, beyond-use dates, and finished products.
• Coordinate equipment calibration and maintain the compounding lab.
• Ensure safety guidelines and PPE compliance.
• Provide patient consultations and pharmacist duties as needed.
• Support PIC with regulatory matters and CQI initiatives.
