Job summary

Hims & Hers Health, Inc. is seeking a Compounding Pharmacist in Arizona to supervise the compounding laboratory, ensure quality checks, and maintain compliance with USP and regulatory guidelines.

The role reports to the Head Compounding Pharmacist and Pharmacist‑In‑Charge, focuses on patient safety, staff training, and efficiency, with a 6:30am–5:00pm shift and opportunities to improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or PharmD and Arizona license required.
• Non-sterile compounding experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong math skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all compounding personnel and ensure QA/QC of procedures.
• Document and verify compounding records and beyond-use dates.
• Train and evaluate compounding staff; coordinate equipment calibration.
• Ensure compliance with USP <795>, <800>, safety guidelines and SOPs.
• Perform patient counseling and drug-utilization reviews where needed.
• Collaborate with PIC on regulatory matters and quality initiatives.
