Job summary

Hims & Hers is seeking a Compounding Pharmacy Technician to join the closed-door, modern pharmacy facility. You will compound non-sterile medications (tablets, gummies, topicals) and ensure adherence to USP standards and state/federal laws while maintaining a safe, compliant work environment.

The role requires active OH license as a Certified Pharmacy Technician, at least 1 year of experience, and a willingness to work the 5:30PM-4:00AM shift. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active registration as a Certified Pharmacy Technician in the State of Ohio.
• At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience; hospital or compounding settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean, calibrate, and maintain non-sterile compounding equipment and designated workspaces.
• Assist with staging raw materials and managing non-sterile compounding inventory.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment.
• Participate in site-specific training, ongoing competency assessments, and annual revalidation.
• Maintain proper documentation, including batch records, ingredient logs, and cleaning logs.
• Follow USP <795> and <800> requirements and ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
• Compound non-sterile medications following prescription orders and site SOPs upon completion of certification.
