The ideal candidate will have over 8 years of experience in manufacturing or compounding and possess strong leadership and analytical skills. Relocation assistance is available, making this an excellent opportunity for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing or compounding experience required.
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and move/roll 300 lb. drums.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the Compounding and Pre-Weigh areas.
• Supervise compounders and pre-weigh employees to ensure safety and quality.
• Manage batching schedules, tank utilization, and labor efficiency.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented, and safety-focused work environment.
