Job summary

Beauty Manufacturing Solutions Corp is seeking a Compounding Manager to lead the 1st and 2nd shift in our compounding department. You will ensure timely, accurate batch production, maintain high safety and quality standards, and collaborate with QA, Production, and Scheduling to meet company goals.

The role requires extensive experience in a CPG manufacturing setting and hands-on leadership to train and manage a team, drive cost savings, and implement lean practices across the department.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in CPG manufacturing
• Demonstrated knowledge of production management

Responsibilities

• Oversee All Compounding Department (1st & 2nd floor) employees including Supervisor, Compounders, Lead Compounders, and Sanitizers.
• Interview, train, supervise, counsel, discipline, and evaluate Compounding personnel.
• Report safety issues to the Program Director and Safety Committee.
• Ensure EHS, GMP and SOP training across the department.
• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work environments with audits.
• Investigate injuries and report to HR/Program Director.
• Ensure accurate batch records and documentation.
• Maintain and update SOPs/WIs for Compounding.
• Collaborate with QA on batch errors and corrective actions.
• Plan schedules with Production and Scheduling to meet timelines.
• Submit requisitions for supplies to the Program Director.
• Ensure batches follow legible batch procedures and formulas.
• Provide lean initiatives and cost-saving measures through training.
• Lead special projects and cross-department collaboration.
