Job summary

The role requires 1–3 years leadership experience in cosmetics, strong process-improvement skills, and a focus on quality, documentation, and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred for supervision of compounding operations.
• 1–3 years leadership in cosmetic or personal care settings preferred.
• 1–3 years experience in compounding, batching, or mixing in manufacturing.
• 1–3 years track record of process improvements and corrective actions.
• Experience with safety protocols for hazardous materials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee chemical compounding, pre-weigh, and material management per schedule.
• Ensure GMP/SOP/FDA documentation is completed per requirements.
• Optimize processes and batching instructions to boost efficiency.
• Manage staffing schedules, train team, enforce GMPs.
• Collaborate with QA to investigate errors and implement corrective actions.
• Promote safety, maintain clean, hazard-free environment.
• Maintain inventory of equipment and materials for uninterrupted production.
• Approve time/attendance, plan tasks and overtime.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance capabilities and productivity.
