Job summary

Kdc/one in Groveport, OH seeks a Lead Compounder to oversee bulk product compounding, lead daily tasks, and ensure GMP-compliant, safe manufacturing operations.

You will troubleshoot SAP and batch records, recommend equipment upgrades and process improvements, and collaborate across departments on special projects while maintaining accurate SOPs and confidential information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years compounding experience in chemical processing.
• Experience in pre-weight/processing or sanitization preferred.

Responsibilities

Are you a hands-on leader? Kdc/one is looking for aLead Compounderto oversee the compounding of bulk products and ensure top-tier quality and efficiency in our manufacturing operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

What We Need from You:

• High school diploma/GEDwith strong math and reading skills
• 2 years of compounding experience in a chemical processing/manufacturing setting
• Experience inpre-weight, processing, or sanitization(preferred)
• SAP experience(preferred)
• Previous leadership experience (preferred)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Working Conditions

• Climate-controlled manufacturing environment
• Must be able to lift up to80 lbsoccasionally
• Exposure to motorized equipment, chemicals, sanitizers, and hot water
• Requires standing, walking, reaching, and use of PPE (hairnet, safety glasses, steel-toe boots)
