Job summary

Rippling, Inc. is seeking a Compounding Manager to lead the 1st and 2nd floor operations, ensuring timely, high-quality product batches and a clean, safe work environment. You will supervise, train, and evaluate staff and collaborate with QA to investigate batch issues.

You will drive continuous improvement, maintain SOPs, schedule production, and coordinate with other departments to meet goals and ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a CP G manufacturing environment.
• Proven production management experience and leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, safety and environmental policies.
• Ability to train, supervise and evaluate compounding staff.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all compounding department operations (1st & 2nd floor).
• Recruit, train, supervise, coach and evaluate staff.
• Ensure safety, environmental compliance and GMP adherence.
• Maintain and update SOPs/WIs; collaborate with QA on batch issues.
• Plan schedules with Production; manage material requisitions.
• Ensure accurate batch records and formulation procedures.
• Drive lean initiatives, cost-saving and on-time product delivery.
