Job summary

Qnity, a global leader in advanced electronics materials, is seeking a day-shift Supervisor for Manufacturing Operations (Compounding) at its Newark, DE site. You will lead safety, quality and productivity on the production floor, coaching teams and ensuring adherence to Lean principles.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial/manufacturing settings, knowledge of lean, process safety and digital tools, plus ability to work weekends and overtime as needed. Associate or bachelor degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles and safety practices.
• Proven ability to coach teams and drive improvement.
• Experience using digital tools and shop floor systems.
