LaSalle Network is seeking a Compliance Manager to lead and strengthen compliance programs across a growing multi-state staffing organization. The role focuses on building processes, managing a compliance team, and partnering with HR, Operations, Legal and Payroll to ensure regulatory adherence.

The ideal candidate will lead enterprise-wide initiatives, monitor employment law changes, and deliver training and dashboards for executive leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, HR compliance or staffing compliance
• Leadership experience including managing a small team
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, reporting and data analysis
• Comfort learning and using AI tools
• Experience evaluating processes, identifying gaps and implementing improvements
• Knowledge of employment-related regulatory requirements
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to collaborate with HR, Operations, Legal and Payroll

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain enterprise-wide compliance programs, policies and governance frameworks
• Advise Leadership and Operations on regulations, policies and ethical practices
• Lead, coach and develop the Compliance team with performance expectations and training
• Monitor federal, state and local employment laws and staffing regulations
• Develop and deliver compliance training across the organization
• Partner with HR, Operations, Legal and Payroll on compliance initiatives
• Oversee onboarding compliance including I-9 processes and audit controls
• Build and manage compliance monitoring, auditing and quality assurance programs
• Develop compliance dashboards, KPIs and reporting for executives
• Maintain compliance records and audit findings
• Lead enterprise-wide compliance risk assessments and strengthen internal controls
• Lead or support internal investigations with HR and Legal
• Oversee audits and client compliance assessments
• Evaluate vendors and technology to reduce risk
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reporting and governance
