Job summary

Stord is seeking an experienced Program Manager, Compliance to design, scale, and own enterprise-wide regulatory programs across OSHA, EPA, GMP, GDP, and related regimes. You will partner with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure readiness for regulated customers and expand the network’s footprint while maintaining robust governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance in warehousing or logistics.
• Expertise across OSHA, EPA, GMP/GDP domains with hands-on program ownership.
• Experience managing compliance programs across a multi-site network.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into scalable programs.
• Deep knowledge of OSHA General Industry standards and enforcement processes.
• Familiarity with EPA obligations including Tier II, SPCC, and RCRA.
• GMP and GDP standards as they apply to regulated fulfillment and distribution.
• Experience with DOT Hazmat regulations (49 CFR).
• Proficiency with compliance management systems and audit platforms.

Responsibilities

• Architect enterprise compliance programs across OSHA, EPA, GMP, GDP for the network.
• Design and maintain audit and inspection frameworks with corrective action workflows.
• Develop and own regulatory intelligence and policy library for the organization.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Legal to ensure program readiness for customers.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting on compliance performance.
• Lead training governance and governance for compliance across sites.
