Job summary

Stord, The Consumer Experience Company, seeks a Program Manager for Compliance to scale enterprise OSHA, EPA, GMP, and GDP programs across our warehouse and fulfillment network. This role partners with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure consistent, scalable compliance across all sites and customer segments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, EHS program management, or a related discipline in a warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
• Demonstrated expertise across multiple regulatory domains - OSHA, EPA, and GMP/GDP - with hands-on program ownership experience in each.
• Experience managing compliance programs across a multi-site network, including audit program design and regulatory agency interaction.
• Ability to translate complex regulatory requirements into practical, scalable operational programs.
• Track record of building enterprise compliance frameworks and leading cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design and own Stord’s enterprise OSHA compliance program, including written program architecture and governance.
• Maintain OSHA recordkeeping and 300A postings across the network and serve as the internal resource for compliance queries.
• Build and own EPA compliance program covering Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, RCRA, EPCRA, and Tier II reporting.
• Lead GMP and GDP compliance program design, SOPs, and readiness activities for audits and customer certifications.
• Architect the enterprise internal compliance audit program and oversee corrective action tracking across sites.
• Develop regulatory intelligence and policy updates to translate changes into concrete program updates.
• Build enterprise compliance reporting, dashboards, and metrics for leadership visibility.
