Job summary

Nation's Finest in Reno, NV is seeking a Supervising Case Manager to lead a team of community case managers and partner with the Site Director to ensure successful program operations. You will oversee intakes, referrals, case management, and invoice processing while maintaining high service quality.

You may also manage a reduced caseload, serve as interim Site or Assistant Site Director, and coordinate outreach to veterans, landlords, and community partners, ensuring compliance and staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or two years of college coursework in related field required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing a team of at least 3 individuals.
• Experience in nonprofit or social services preferred.
• Strong data management and confidentiality practices.
• Ability to supervise intake and referrals and ensure program success.

Responsibilities

• Supervise community case managers in the assigned program.
• Oversee client intakes and referrals and assign to team members.
• Manage a reduced caseload to support program needs.
• Provide advocacy, planning, and coordination to support client wellness.
• Act as interim Site Director or Assistant Site Director during absences.
• Lead outreach to veterans and community partners; travel as needed.
