Job summary

Nation’s Finest in Reno, NV seeks a Supervising Case Manager to lead community case managers and ensure effective intake, referrals, and case management. You will oversee a reduced caseload while supporting overall program success and may serve as interim Site Director during absences.

Responsibilities include coordinating outreach, ensuring compliance with funding guidelines, and fostering collaboration with leaders and partners to improve client wellness and autonomy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with two years of college coursework in related field preferred; AA/AS degree required.
• At least one year of experience managing a team of at least 3 individuals.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook; familiar with data entry in databases.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Community Case Managers within the assigned program.
• Manages intakes and referrals; allocates to team members based on client needs and staff strengths.
• Maintains an adjusted individual caseload to ensure program goals are met.
• Advocates for clients to access needed services and coordinates with community partners.
