You will set the strategy, build a multi-year data product portfolio, and establish governance, identity, and trust across distributed data assets.

In a highly matrixed environment, you will partner with Enterprise Data Office, Privacy, Legal, and Analytics to deliver activation-ready data, measurable value, and growth for marketing

Qualifications

• 10+ years in data strategy, data management, or marketing data tech.
• Experience leading data product portfolios and governance.
• Hands-on with identity resolution and CDP implementations.
• Strong partnership with senior executives and central data functions.

Responsibilities

• Set end-to-end data strategy and multi-year product roadmap.
• Build governance, identity, and trust across marketing data assets.
• Define KPIs and ROI models for data products.
• Lead activation-ready data products and CDP implementations.
