Qualifications

• Ability to supervise and lead employees.
• Ability to read drawings and schematics and visualize construction.
• Extensive travel throughout the United States for job sites.
• Knowledge of HV/MV construction and electrical trades.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite commissioning planning and execution.
• Prepare site-specific commissioning program with step-by-step write-up.
• Conduct daily tailboard safety meetings with on-site personnel.
• Oversee testing activities and verify test results meet specs.
• Ensure proper energization procedures and accurate documentation.
