Job summary

Blattner Energy is expanding its energy construction leadership into gas power generation. This role provides on-site supervision of craft personnel, scheduling, safety adherence, and cost control to deliver end-to-end hybrid energy solutions.

The Superintendent will mentor staff, coordinate resources across disciplines, and collaborate with the Site Manager and Owner on major project decisions, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance throughout the project.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4-year degree or equivalent with supervisory experience.
• Five years’ experience supervising a construction crew.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable MVR.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organizational, scheduling and prioritization skills.
• Must relocate to the project site for the duration of each project.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-site supervision of trade personnel and schedules resources to maximize production and minimize costs.
• Ensures safety practices and compliance with regulations on site.
• Communicates project status and collaborates with Site Manager and other supervisors.
• Mentors frontline employees and assists in staff development.
• Engages with owner and other stakeholders to discuss major project decisions.
• Maintains conformance with Quality Plans and Blattner Energy standards.
