Job summary

ServiceMaster Restore is seeking a leader to guide field crews on large-scale water and fire mitigation projects. You will mentor technicians, ensure safety and quality, and manage on-site operations for commercial properties.

Ideal candidates have restoration experience or are trainable, with strong communication and organization skills. This full-time role requires travel outside Oregon for disaster response. Salem, OR area preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration, mitigation, or construction (water/fire experience required).
• Background check to age 18 and pre-employment drug screening.
• Valid Oregon Driver's License with a clean 3-year driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist with commercial property damage mitigation projects.
• Perform hands-on restoration work for water, fire, smoke, and other damages—water extraction, demolition, debris removal, cleanup, detail cleaning.
• Set up, monitor, and document drying and air filtration equipment.
• Communicate clearly with clients, project managers, and team members.
• Accurately document work, including using mobile software and job tracking systems as well as forms.
• Maintain organized job sites and a professional company image.
• Travel outside of our Oregon servicing area for disaster response assignments, with company-covered expenses.
