Job summary

ServiceMASTER is seeking an experienced Large Loss Restoration Supervisor for the Large Loss Division. The ideal candidate will oversee restoration in large commercial buildings, including water, fire, and smoke damage, and will travel on short notice, often staying away from home for extended periods.

Responsibilities include evaluating losses, supervising crews, ensuring safety, and coordinating with project managers to meet deadlines. Competitive compensation and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years restoration experience required.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test and have a clean background and driving record.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to travel on short notice and be away from home for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate large commercial losses to determine work to be performed.
• Perform restoration and drying in large commercial buildings.
• Manage and supervise a crew performing restoration.
• Coordinate with Large Loss Project Manager and facility managers to ensure timely, satisfactory work.
• Ensure safety rules are followed and daily paperwork is submitted on time.
• Assist the Large Loss Project Manager in other tasks as assigned.
