Job summary

ServiceMaster is seeking a field professional to monitor and inspect restoration tasks, ensuring drying and demolition activities meet standards. You will prepare documentation, explain processes to customers, and supervise technicians on active jobs to uphold safety and service quality.

You will interact with adjusters, complete estimates, and secure customer signatures for payments while maintaining efficient job progression and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of disaster restoration or construction industry.
• Proficient with using mobile software to enter data.
• Experience with Xactimate is preferred but not required.
• Role models customer service expectations with homeowners, adjusters, vendors, etc.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and inspects tasks for restoration jobs to ensure completion of drying, demolition and restoration activities.
• Prepares and reviews documentation including notes, photos and documents.
• Explains processes to customers and outlines next steps in person.
• Supervises technicians to ensure safety and standards.
• Interfaces with adjusters to resolve issues and answer questions.
• Completes sketch and scope for estimates and drying records.
• Inspects jobs post-completion and obtains customer signatures for payment processing.
• Resolves customer issues and communicates job activities to staff.
• Manages documentation to ensure insurance reimbursements.
• May train new technicians or key team members.
• Ensures safety standards on all active jobs.
• Reads product label usage instructions.
