Job summary

ServiceMASTER is seeking a Large Loss Restoration Technician for our Large Loss Division to handle commercial restoration projects including water, fire, and smoke damage. This role requires travel on short notice and extended time away from home.

You will perform demolition, follow directions from the Large Loss Project Manager/Supervisor, work safely, complete daily paperwork, and supervise temporary workers as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have good customer service skills.
• Water, fire damage restoration experience is a plus.
• Commercial construction experience is a plus.
• Standing/walking for 7-8 hours a day.
• Must travel on short notice and be away from home.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and have a clean background and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform fire damage restoration, water and storm damage restoration in commercial buildings.
• Perform demolition in commercial buildings.
• Follow directions from the Large Loss Project Manager/Supervisor to ensure work is satisfactory and timely.
• Ensure all work is performed in a safe manner and safety rules are followed.
• Complete daily paperwork and turn into the Large Loss Supervisor.
• Supervise temporary workers on jobsites.
