HITT Contracting Inc. seeks a Commercial Construction Superintendent to direct on-site workflow for corporate interiors projects, including busy occupied spaces. You will lead field teams, coordinate trades, and ensure safety and quality from mobilization through closeout.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction with strong interior finish and systems coordination, plus the ability to manage phasing and after-hours work when needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in construction, engineering, or business preferred.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience with corporate interiors.
• Experience reading drawings and coordinating building systems.

Responsabilidades

• Direct on-site workflow for commercial office tenant improvements.
• Lead subcontractors across trades and ensure schedule adherence.
• Maintain safety program and incident reporting.
• Collaborate with project manager on look-ahead planning and sequencing.
• Manage site in occupied spaces with phased turnover and access.
