Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year degree preferred in construction, engineering, or business.
• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction with GC exposure.
• Proficiency with project software and MS Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Direct workflow on site aligned with schedule and quality standards.
• Lead safety and quality programs; coordinate with subcontractors.
• Maintain daily activity logs, punch lists, and closeout processes.
• Collaborate with project manager to form and follow installation methods.
• Develop site team, manage temporary facilities and long-lead items.
