Job summary

HITT Contracting Inc in Los Angeles is seeking a Commercial Construction Project Manager for Corporate Interiors. You will lead project teams, manage budgets and schedules, and serve as the main liaison between clients and the construction team to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in commercial construction, strong reading of drawings, and proficiency with ProCore, JD Edwards, Adobe, BlueBeam, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; four-year degree strongly preferred in construction, engineering, or business.
• 5+ years in commercial construction, including GC experience.
• Experience executing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read, interpret, and update construction drawings.
• Mastery of software systems: ProCore, MS Office, Adobe, BlueBeam, JD Edwards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards and ensure documentation.
• Create and manage project budgets for all assigned projects.
• Develop and collaborate on pre-construction RFP package.
• Lead project meetings, set milestones and owner reports.
• Approve pay applications and subcontract change orders.
• Schedule and quality control; manage project logistics.
• Oversee closeout process.
• Engage with customers to discuss needs and propose solutions.
• Supervise assistant PMs, admin staff, MEP managers, safety team, etc.
• Collaborate with superintendent and site team throughout the project.
