Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial construction programs from planning through closeout. You will develop scopes, manage budgets, schedules, and coordinate multiple stakeholders to deliver projects that meet client objectives.

In this role you’ll review drawings, oversee procurement, manage risks, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in CM, Engineering, Architecture, Building Sciences, or related field.
• 4+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience developing and forecasting budgets, cost tracking, and change orders.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, Primavera P6 or similar.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale commercial construction projects from concept through closeout.
• Develop and maintain detailed scopes, budgets, cost forecasts, and master schedules.
• Review drawings and specifications to ensure project requirements are met.
• Conduct regular project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Coordinate procurement, vendor RFPs, bidding, and contract administration.
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure safety and quality standards.
