Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead large commercial projects in Cincinnati, OH and nearby Indiana sites. You will oversee design to closeout, manage budgets, schedules, vendor activities, and client communications, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years in construction PM, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and Primavera P6.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Sciences, or related field.
• 4+ years of commercial construction project management experience.
• Experience developing and forecasting budgets with change orders and cost tracking.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale commercial construction projects from design through closeout.
• Develop scopes, budgets, cost forecasts, and master schedules.
• Coordinate stakeholders, meetings, procurement, and contract administration.
• Monitor progress, risks, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Prepare status reports and manage project financials and invoicing.
