Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated in the United States is seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery across multiple projects. You will develop strategies, budgets, and master schedules while serving as the primary client contact and coordinating design and construction activities.

The role requires strong communication, proven experience with architectural drawings, budgeting and scheduling, and the ability to manage interior fitouts and building infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Project Manager or similar role.
• Clear communication with client and team to achieve project goals.
• Strong working knowledge of architectural drawings.
• Highly organized with strong analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience managing budgeting, scheduling, submittals, change orders.
• Experience with interior fitout and building infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and MS Project.

Responsabilités

• Lead end-to-end project delivery by developing and executing project strategies, budgets, and schedules.
• Serve as the primary client contact, guiding stakeholders through all design and construction phases while coordinating due diligence, contractor selection, and cross-functional team collaboration.
• Maintain master schedules across multiple projects and ensure timely completion within parameters.
• Manage performance against milestones and KPI delivery.
• Prepare and manage RFPs for vendor and contractor services, and oversee bidding and selection processes.
• Forecast monthly spend in line with the Client's Capital Plan and coordinate project meetings.
