Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is hiring a Project Manager to lead complex construction and renovation projects, coordinating clients, contractors, and internal teams on site across multiple assignments.

You will develop scopes, schedules, and budgets, monitor performance against baselines, and ensure quality and timely delivery while maintaining strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management, construction management, or real estate project coordination experience.
• Ability to prepare, manage, and track project budgets with cost-control principles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, MS Project, and other PM software.

Responsibilities

• Support project executives across multiple assignments and contribute to project success.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, and budgets; monitor baselines and milestones.
• Manage vendor lifecycle: RFPs, contracts, subcontractors, quality deliverables.
• Prepare status reports, process invoices, maintain documentation for audits.
• Coordinate work across on-site teams to minimize disruptions and maintain continuity.
• Interface with architects, contractors, and client reps to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Leverage PM platforms to maintain project visibility and stakeholder communication.
