Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead large-scale commercial development projects in Cincinnati, OH and nearby Indiana sites. You will guide planning, design through closeout, manage budgets, schedules, and coordinating stakeholders to deliver objectives on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Building Sciences, or related field is required or equivalent construction management experience.
• 4+ years of commercial construction PM experience from design through closeout.
• Experience developing, managing, and forecasting construction budgets and cost tracking.
• Experience reading and interpreting architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings and specs.
• Strong knowledge of permitting processes, building codes, and life-safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating multiple trades, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency with project controls: RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and closeout docs.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to interact with executives and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, and Primavera P6.

Responsibilities

• Manage large-scale commercial construction projects from concept through closeout.
• Develop and maintain project scopes, budgets, cost forecasts, and master schedules.
• Review drawings and specs to ensure project requirements are understood.
• Lead regular project meetings with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
• Coordinate procurement, RFPs, bids, and contract administration.
• Oversee GC and subcontractor performance, safety, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to avoid delays and budget overruns.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and cost-control documentation.
• Negotiate terms with contractors and suppliers to optimize value.
• Prepare status reports, track finances, and manage invoices and PO processes.
• Coordinate inspections, permits, commissioning, punch lists, and turnover.
