Job summary

HackerOne is seeking a Lead Account Executive, Commercial to drive strategic, high-impact deals with commercial customers. You will own the full sales cycle, develop trusted relationships with security and technology leaders, and articulate the value of HackerOne's AI-powered Attack Resistance Platform.

You will collaborate with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Legal to ensure a seamless journey from initial engagement to long-term retention and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS or technology sales.
• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and pipeline forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Own the full commercial sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution.
• Develop trusted relationships with security and technology leaders in commercial accounts.
