You’ll recruit, train, and supervise staff, manage scheduling, ordering, and pricing, and work with store leadership to hit department goals. This fast-paced role rewards leadership, reliability, and a passion for customer service.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• On-the-job training and sanitation courses preferred.
• One or more years of related work experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and leadership abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Set and uphold department standards for service, cleanliness, and profitability.
• Lead a friendly, welcoming atmosphere and engage with customers.
• Recruit, hire, train, supervise, and evaluate department staff.
• Coordinate scheduling and daily work plans with store leadership.
• Oversee ordering, replenishment, pricing, and department bookkeeping.
• Analyze weekly/monthly sales trends and plan promotions.
• Maintain proper product temperatures and freshness standards.
• Troubleshoot equipment and coordinate maintenance as needed.
• Manage inventory and pre-orders.
• Ensure dress code and company policies are followed.
