• Coordinate scheduling, daily plans, and department goals with store leadership.
• Oversee ordering, pricing, invoicing and department bookkeeping.
• Analyze sales trends and plan promotions and displays.
• Ensure proper temperatures, storage, freshness and sanitation.
• Maintain equipment and manage inventory and pre-orders.
