Job summary

[solidcore] is seeking a Head Coach in Gilbert, AZ who will lead the studio’s coaching team and deliver a best-in-class fitness and client experience. You will coach an average of ten classes per week, model the brand, and help drive outreach to grow a loyal client base.

You will develop coaches, provide feedback, and ensure the studio runs smoothly with strong customer service, operational tasks, and inventory oversight.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of prior group fitness experience.
• Ability to lead a fast-paced class with energy and clear communication.
• Strong relationship-building and team development mindset.
• Excellent client relations and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the studio’s head coach, maintaining a full schedule of 10 classes per week.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches and provide feedback.
• Deliver a best-in-class fitness and customer service experience.
• Meet utilization and retention targets for the studio and individuals.
• Assist with day-to-day studio operations and outreach to attract clients.
