Job summary

solidcore is seeking a Head Coach in Gilbert, AZ, to lead the studio’s coaching team and ensure a premier client experience. You will coach 10 classes weekly, model the solidcore brand, and develop coaches through ongoing feedback and in‑studio trainings.

The role emphasizes delivering high‑level customer service, maintaining brand standards, and driving community outreach to grow client base. Flexible schedule and strong fitness leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Permanent, exempt, full‑time position.
• 40 hours per week (including classes coached).
• Flexible and variable availability including weekends & holidays.
• Ability to lift/carry a minimum of 30 pounds.
• Proficiency in G‑Suite and MS Office, including Excel & Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio as the head coach with a full schedule of 10 classes per week.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches and provide guidance.
• Deliver best‑in‑class fitness and customer service aligned with solidcore standards.
• Meet utilization and retention goals for the studio and individuals.
• Support day‑to‑day studio operations and assist with coach trainings in‑person.
• Lead outreach and marketing to attract new clients and form community partnerships.
• Provide coach development and deliver feedback to the team.
• Maintain product knowledge of studio retail and promotions.
• Execute routine operational tasks like ordering supplies and inventory.
• Ensure studio and equipment remain impeccably clean and functional.
