KidStrong Cedar Park is hiring a motivated Lead Coach / Sales Specialist to help our General Manager grow the center and deliver top-tier athletic programming. This hybrid role blends outbound sales with on‑the‑floor coaching, working with kids to build confidence and athletic milestones.

You will handle front-desk sales, follow up on inquiries, coach 8–10 classes weekly, and support scheduling and member retention.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience.
• Experience working directly with children is required.
• Coaching experience is preferred; paid training provided.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and some weekend shifts.
• Proficient in G-Suite and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Execute outbound sales calls to convert leads into trials and memberships.
• Coach 8–10 classes per week, delivering age-appropriate programming.
• Manage front-desk sales, inquiries, and trial check-ins.
• Support scheduling, class sizes, and member retention.
