Job summary

KidStrong Texas in Cypress seeks a Lead Coach / Sales Specialist to help our GM and AGM drive center growth and deliver top-tier athletic programming. The hybrid role blends outbound sales with hands-on coaching for kids, building confidence and physical milestones.

You will coach classes, engage with families, manage lead follow-up, and contribute to a positive, high-energy center culture. Training provided and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in relevant settings.
• Direct work with children required/preferred.
• Coaching experience preferred; training provided.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekend shifts.
• Proficient with G-Suite and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Lead Generation: outbound calls, inbound lead follow-up, and trial scheduling to drive memberships.
• Coaching & Instruction: deliver 8–10 classes weekly, engage kids, and build confidence.
• Operations & Team Leadership: handle customer service, maintain class sizes, mentor staff, and meet KPIs.
