Job summary

[solidcore] Head Coach in Washington state leads the studio with a consistent 11-class weekly schedule, delivering a best-in-class fitness and customer experience while modeling the brand.

You will support coach development, implement high standards, and collaborate with the Area Manager on daily operations, marketing outreach, and client retention to foster growth and strong community relations.

Qualifications

• Permanent, exempt, full-time role.
• Flexible/variable availability including weekends & holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead studio as the head coach with an 11-class per week schedule.
• Set expectations for new and existing coaches.
• Deliver best-in-class fitness and customer service.
• Meet utilization and retention targets for the studio and individuals.
• Assist Area Manager with daily studio operations.
• Lead outreach and partnerships to grow client base.
• Provide coach development and trainings with in-studio support.
• Respond to client requests and resolve concerns promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of studio retail, promotions, and apparel.
• Handle routine operations like ordering, inventory, and sales logs.
• Keep studio and equipment immaculate and fully functional.
• Take on other duties as assigned.
